The Plan
The system that we work to is broken down into 3 stages, and depending where you are in your health and fitness journey will reflect where we would start!

01
Stage 1 - Rebuild
Stripping back to the foundations of movement. This early stage really looks at improving a person’s Range of Movement (ROM), creating flexibility, and building general mobility. If we look at from an injury perspective, we would also be looking at reducing pain, help muscle isometric activation, and getting to a stage of partial weight bearing.
02
Stage 2 - Move Better
In this second stage where we look at a client gaining full ROM, solid fundamental movements, good strength in body weight training, this is where we start learning the movement patterns that the body should be able to move within and you start learning what your body is capable of!
For a client carrying an injury we would be aiming to now get to a stage a of being pain free, strength should have developed in the injured area so it can protect itself from getting worse and now in fact be improving. And in both client profiles see an improvement in proprioception (conscious and subconscious appreciation of joint motion and position awareness).

Stage 3 - Get Stronger
As the name suggests the 3rd stage is taking what we’ve learnt and now applying it to those solid fundamental movements and body weight strength, adding weighted resistance and now working on improving strength further. Seeing your strength increase and better to use the muscles our bodies have.

About
Ian Street
In my early 20s, I found myself struggling with lower back pain, like so many people do at some point in their lives. I soon realised that my back pain was alleviated when exercising. This led to me joining a gym and loving every minute of it. Fast forward to 2015 and I decided to turn my passion into my career. I now help people over come ongoing injuries and achieve personal goals.
